Change that lasts.

The challenge

You have a vision for your organization and a mission that drives you. Your team is working hard, but progress feels inconsistent, slow. Crisis after crisis arises. You’ve tried solving the problem; nevertheless, the same issues keep arising.

You know you have a problem, but you don’t know what do.

Get started

What is the solution?

All problems are relational problems. Despite how they might manifest (e.g., inefficient processes, lack of product-market fit, cultural toxicity) they all stem from a misalignment within and between individuals and wider organizational structures. We remove relational blocks and create coherence so that individuals feel connected to themselves, each other, and to the organization ethos. The outcome is an organization that efficiently realizes its vision and mission and people who feel fulfilled.

We create lasting change at every level.

Our process

Our partnership with you shapes both the process and the experience—each organization and its people are unique even when the challenges may seem similar. We draw inspiration from best practices and established frameworks and adapt them as needed.

After our initial call to assess fit, we’ll schedule a more in depth call to better understand your organization’s needs and create an initial proposal to begin our work together.

Rational

Meaningful, aligned goals and systems

Strategize

We immerse ourselves in your organization to uncover hidden challenges and blocks. With insights from our assessment, we’ll work with you to create an initial pilot to address the most impactful challenge(s).

Operationalize

We guide your team through the pilot, focusing on both the process and the human dynamics that will determine the outcomes. Key individuals will receive weekly coaching to ensure alignment.

Catalyze

When the pilot completes, weekly individual coaching continues to reinforce a sustainable engine for change with spot process coaching through successive iterations.

Emotional

Safe, connected relationships and environment

To ensure the transformation is sustained beyond our work together, we also address the intangible aspects of the organization. People are at the heart of any solution—they can accelerate change with the right guidance. Our work will create shifts that may not be immediately clear but will spread and become lasting.

Coherence framework

While we don’t follow rigid processes, this framework reflects how we guide teams through the upheaval of transformation. It’s not linear—we revisit each phase as needed.

  1. Challenge

We begin where your organization is struggling. You know something needs to change, but it’s unclear what—or whether it will be enough. It may feel insurmountable. It’s not.

  2. Consulting

We work to understand current relational patterns and uncover the root causes impeding progress—diving deep to surface the right problems across the ecosystem.

  3. Clearing

We guide your team through the often difficult process of letting go—working through resistance, fear, and grief—to clear what no longer serves and create space for growth.

  4. Creating

In the space that’s opened, we co-create solutions—new products, processes, or relational dynamics—that aligns with the true essence of your organization.

  5. Coherence

Change takes time to settle and become the norm. We craft an experience that helps your team absorb the shift, build confidence, and thrive within the system they’ve helped shape.

What you can expect — expansion.

As a startup founder and CEO, and public company exec, Tina was one of my most trusted advisors.  Good managers solve hard problems.  Tina goes one step further.  She builds trust and digs into the personal whys (she is one of the most authentic people I've met) but is also pragmatic – she prioritizes the company first, followed by the team, then the individual.  This gave us a deeper understanding of our business and helped us make better decisions.

— Startup Founder & CEO

Eric possesses deep knowledge, keen perception, and an uncanny ability to identify perceived, self-imposed barriers to living the life one desires. His approach adapts to both the individual and the situation, ensuring that his guidance is precisely what is needed at any given moment—and evolves as the work progresses. While self-exploration can be daunting, the sense of safety Eric creates allows you to push yourself as far and as fast as necessary. Sometimes challenging, always supportive, and ultimately transformative, the synergy of the relationship will put the wind back in your sails.

— Coaching Client

Tina transformed how our team developed new product directions. Previously we had no shortage of ideas, but any given one required a heavy engineering investment, and we didn't have enough conviction in any single one of them to feel confident investing resources. Tina showed us how to move quickly and iteratively from the highly uncertain brainstorm phase to getting working demos in front of users with as little over-engineering as possible. This gave our team the quantitative and qualitative user feedback we needed to have confidence in where to invest our time and resources.

— Engineering Leader

Tina’s history as an engineer and a designer at start-ups have shaped her into a powerhouse with lots of insights to share.  In addition to her research and design skillset, she has an uncanny ability to quickly assess team dynamics and identify and leverage the strengths of each team member. This ensures that ideas flow seamlessly within teams and contributes to the overall success of the project.

— Design Leader

You cared for your peers and led with empathy. Consistently you demonstrated values that made me proud to work alongside you. Thanks for all the memories and for pushing me out of my comfort zone.

— Senior Product Manager

Tina played a pivotal role in my professional and personal development. Tina has a remarkable ability to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable opening up for candid and meaningful conversations. A particularly memorable experience was participating in an interpersonal communications workshop — it provided a structured framework for navigating challenging conversations in a professional setting. The practice sessions in small groups were particularly helpful, because they allowed us to engage in honest communication outside our regular work settings, which helped create a safe and trusting environment within the team. Tina's leadership in this workshop reinforced her commitment to fostering effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships within our team.

—Senior Product Designer

Eric’s gift lies in his rare balance of profound intuition and unwavering presence. Over four years, he has held space for my growth without imposing an agenda, yet he consistently asks the hard questions that gently steer me toward my own truths. His approach isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about rewiring lifelong patterns with compassion. He sees the roots beneath the weeds, whether untangling self-doubt, navigating unhealthy dynamics, or rewriting old narratives that no longer serve me. What amazes me most is how he remembers everything: the threads of my journey, the breakthroughs, setbacks, and quiet revelations, and using that wisdom to reflect my progress even when I couldn’t see it myself.

— Coaching Client

I’ve never met anyone quite like Tina, how she infects and affects our small group with her talent and personality, how she inspires us and light afire in us the drive to be empathetic toward our users.

— Staff Software Engineer

Tina unlocked something in me. In a few short months, I’ve grown more as a designer than I ever had in my career! Tina’s mentoring approach is to steer you in directions that may not be comfortable, but ultimately manifest in that "aha moment" with a stronger solution. But the most valuable lesson was the communication framework she left me with, I became a more effective communicator and I’ve also noticed a culture shift within the team that made giving and receiving feedback a natural and liberating experience.

— Product Designer

Working with Tina was a transformative experience, particularly in terms of personal and professional growth. Through her mentorship and guidance, I gained a deeper understanding of startups and honed my abilities to deliver impactful insights. Tina’s dedication to fostering a culture of growth is truly inspiring. Her interpersonal communication workshop encouraged collaborative spirit that propelled projects forward, ensuring synergy and efficiency across teams. Tina’s dynamic approach, from shaping product design to fostering seamless interpersonal communication and expediting development, makes her an indelible mark to any company’s growth.
